Greetings and welcome to new members of MACGN!

A new colorectal cancer patient education booklet entitled, “APC I1307K Gene Mutation,” has been developed. Supported in part by MACGN, the booklet was developed at The Johns Hopkins University. To receive a copy, call the Hereditary Colorectal Cancer Registry at the Johns Hopkins Hospital toll free at (888) 772-6566. As for this issue of the Newsletter, you’ll find colorectal cancer as the focus. We continue to highlight the cancer genetics services of our network providers. Last quarter, we focused on the services at Johns Hopkins. In this issue, we feature the services of another MACGN member, Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Enjoy!
